CNY 2009

Chinese New Year makes me lazy to do anything that is in routine. Everyday just turn on the television and watch Chinese New Year shows. Then wait for others to start gamble. I had 1 week holiday but still not enough. Now still in progress tuning my mood back to study.

Not much photo taken during the CNY. Camera is forbidden during gambling. LOL

So I will just show some photo of the food during the reunion lunch at the day b4 CNY.



There are many nice food and New Year biscuit which gain me weight.

Another reason of I like CNY is because I can meet many of my cousin and also get many ang pao from relatives. XD

I thing I scared about CNY is I need to replace all the class during the holiday. My time in uni seems to be longer than the normal working hour. 2molo I have a class from 9am till 7pm.

underworld 3 screening + UTAR

I am lucky to get invited to the movie screening of underworld 3: The Rise of the Lycans.

This is a very nice movie, worth to watch it in the cinema. There are lots of action and also war that have many Lycan. Btw I found out that the seats of the Cathay cinema in Cinelesuire had very comfortable seats.

This is an undisclosed student during tutorial in UTAR. Rumour says that he had very good results in his academics.

Nice Noodles & Computer Flu

While I wanna go back to Subang last week, I overheard cg that he wanted to buy bus ticket to get back to Melacca. So I suggested that we go to Pasar Seni together to buy his ticket and I can go back home from there. He scared he will go back to Setapak alone so he ajak one of our friend together to had our lunch at Pasar Seni famous beef noodles. We even met a reporter doing interview at the beef noodle store.

This is what a very pro blogger will do.



Dry beef noodles which is very very delicious and it cost RM6.



This is the shop we had our lunch, it is a very small shop.



After had our lunch I went home and turn on my laptop, this is what I can see from its LCD screen. I need to plug it into external display to use it.



So I called Toshiba service centre to ask for assistant, their service centre is just at Shah Alam which located somewhere near my house but their business hour is only from Monday to Friday. I also heard that they need few months to get it fixed. So I have no choice but to disassemble the laptop and try my best to solve the problem.







I think my laptop suffered from heavy impact, some of the contact point loosens. And finally problem solved!!!!!!



I am really lucky my laptop now back to normal condition :)

Day 5 & 6

Reached 玉石林 (yu shi lin).

This is what I can see when I looked back when climbing a very long one way stairs.



Nice food.



I was told that this dumpling in 肇庆 (zhao qing) is the very original recipe and very delicious (very different).



A walk in the night market in the 肇庆 (zhao qing), this is where I spent my new year eve.



猪肠粉 (zhu cheong fan), very different and very nice.



This is called many people, near their shopping area.





A very big natural park, just stop by and take a short walk.

Day 4

Reached 世外桃源, it’s a place that shows some living style of some small amount resident in that area. This is another 4 A’s tourist attraction area.





There are many performances by them on the stage. I am not sure are they really the residence or actor. But the sakai below wears no sweater. The temperature is around 9 degree Celsius.







For half of the journey we sit on the boat and watch.



This is a type of plants that extinct, but these plants are real according to the cicerone these were real plants that are created by latest science technology.



From there they throw the 绣球 (xiu qiu), in tradition who catch it gonna married them.



I get one of it, what should I do?





Finally reach 桂林 (gui lin) this is the 象鼻山 (xiang bi shan) which is a very attractive area (according to the tour guide).



This is 独秀峰 (du xiu feng) somewhere the previous king relatives stays. No photos were allowed in the palace.



This is also a place where many many years ago students had their exam. I attended the exam, but actually it is something the cicerone explains just not long ago. But I can’t answer the question, so tour guide tells me the answer. I still can’t write the answer, 毛笔 (Chinese pen) is not easy to use (even though I used to it in primary school.



the result was announced, I cannot become 状元 (scholar).



On the 独秀峰 (du xiu feng).



Dunno y I become the king!!!!



This is the stone aged over 800 years, which is the source of why people say 桂林山水甲天下 (gui lin has the best view in the world). It's on the 3rd column.
