China trip day 3

After eating 桂林米粉 (actually it is noodles dunno y called mihun) we went to morning market for a walk, they sold deep oil fried dog and also fried mouse.

This mountain is special because

.

The shape looks like a bear climbing on it.

Reached 大榕树 (da rong shu), they said this tree aged more than a thousand years. They also said the movie 刘三姐 (liu san jie) was filmed here.

When we reach the river we need to raft ourselves, using an ordinary bamboo stick.

A friend who joined us in this trip.

They said this is the original place where 刘三姐 (liu san jie) stayed. They said that she was a very very beautiful lady.

The black colour shirt guy is a very kind uncle who drives us around China.

This is 银子岩 (yin zhi yan) a cave with lots of beautiful stones in it. This is and 4 A's national tourist attraction, where the highest grade is 5 A's. In every national tourist attraction area there are a cicerone for that area, they will lead a small team and describe everything inside.

They said this looks like the place where 杨贵妃 (yang gui fei) bathes.

The longest.

Father, mother and son.

This is the umbrella in the sea palace where 孙悟空 (shun wu kong) broke out of it. Up there is a hole that made by the escape. This is a very unique shape that forms naturally.

This is an example of stage 4 stone.

From left stage 3, stage 2 and stage 1. Differentiate it by colour.

Finally lunch time, a photo before lunch in front of the restaurant.

The food is very nice everywhere.

We went to 漓江 (li jiang) after lunch, it is a 5 A's tourist attraction area. It was very cold about 6-8 degree Celsius, and we take a small bamboo boat (4 people only) to enjoy the view.

This is the place that printed on the RMB20.

They said this looks like a torch.

My sis and me.

They said this looks like a camel.

I dunno this thing can go into the water.

This is the mountain that they called 九马画 (jiu ma hua). Nine horses on it, how many can you see? They really got good imagination.

This is my sis, tour guide and me. Tour guide is very useful as every entry to tourist attraction area needs entrance fee, we can get discount if there is a tour guide around. The tour guide is very keng, I explain a bit how we get the tour guide. While we are on our way to 大榕树 (da rong shu) we stop by the roadside to look at the gps to find our way to it. Then suddenly someone knocks on the window shows her tag and gives us the direction. Then she asked us either we need a tour guide for discount then she is on board. Hire a tour guide will get a lot discount, and the fee for tour guide is very cheap.

Dunno why I found Malaysia flag on the flag post.

阳朔西街 (yang shuo xi jie) at night. They said this is a very famous and very old street in 阳朔.

阳朔西街 (yang shuo xi jie) after rain.
